Ari J. Palttala, President and CEO
Mr. Palttala is the President and CEO of Teamware, Inc., an international software and services company. He started the company in 2004 as the US subsidiary of a European groupware and mobile applications development company becoming its first President. He was named the Chief Executive Officer in 2005. Under his stewardship the company grew to a multimillion-dollar business, and expanded from the United States to six countries with hundreds of customers.
Mr. Palttala has 30 years of experience in running IT companies or their sales and customer services organizations. He has held positions such as COO of TechCast Global, Inc., a technology forecasting and foresight company; Managing Director of VTLS of Finland Oy; Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Customer Serves of VTLS, Inc., an enterprise software company; and he has helped the CEO and Board of Directors of PTFS, Inc. in transitioning its business from traditional government systems integrator to software product company.
Mr. Palttala holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering, an MS in Industrial Engineering, and an MBA degree.
