Led Digital Transformation Solution
Helped lead a large and complex enterprise digital transformation initiative modernizing claims processing at a Fortune Top 20 insurance company. Coached a team of 5 technical product managers and RTEs, and provided product management leadership to 16 scrum teams with 230+ team members and product owners. Crafted vision, strategic roadmap, value proposition, and performance metrics for the multi-year program to transform processing more than a million claims a day to a new cloud-based SaaS service generating $150M/year in operational savings while reducing claims settlement times and improving time to market by 80%.
Built SaaS DXP Product
Spearheaded portal and digital experience platform applications for digital transformation markets at an enterprise software company. Designed a new cloud-based SaaS strategy, set product vision, direction and objectives, and defined value generation metrics for the product. Developed and maintained roadmaps, backlogs, and stories in Jira. Managed Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) delivering 4 major releases while cutting release times by 60%.
Managed Portal Product Life Cycle
Helped a large healthcare company introduce a new communication and customer service portal. Managed entire product life cycle from strategic planning, crafting product roadmap, gathering requirements, designing the product to launching the portal and establishing support, maintenance, and new feature release processes. Planned and oversaw deployment of 9 product releases. This service portal was received by customers with excellent reviews and grew to become a strategically important product for the company.
Steered Product Through Technology Change
Drove a technology change in replacing existing website and content management product with a new technology platform as a result of market analysis and decline in product sales forecasts for a software development company. Kept product branding unchanged to protect customer investments while promoting technical changes and new capabilities through series of incremental product upgrades.
Removed Product in Portfolio
Pulled a product from the market while managing a portfolio of five enterprise management and digital media access applications for an ERP/CRM software company. Redirected marketing efforts to a newly launched product with improved capabilities and separate branding.
