As the President and CEO of Teamware, Inc., I report to the company's Board of Directors. My responsibilities include overseeing all board relations, and running quarterly board meetings as the Chairman of Board. In addition, I manage shareholder communications and chair Annual Shareholder Meetings. Maintaining excellent working relationships with board of directors and major shareholders is very important to ensure productive meetings and fruitful discussions that lead to solid corporate decisions.
