With 30 years of P&L and leadership experience in the IT industry, I currently serve as the President and CEO of Teamware, Inc., a portal and digital experience software and services company. I have overall worldwide operational and fiscal responsibility of the company, including subsidiaries in Europe.
I first started Teamware, Inc. in 2004 as a U.S. subsidiary of a large European developer of groupware, collaboration, and mobile applications, owned by Fujitsu Limited, $44 billion IT corporation, and 3i, a leading venture capital company. After a year as the President, I was named Chief Executive Officer in 2005 when we became an employee-owned company. Under my leadership, the company expanded from a startup to a multimillion-dollar business with hundreds of customers in six countries.
During my career, I have held other senior executive positions with P&L responsibilities. At VTLS, Inc., a privately held enterprise software company, I managed a staff of 35 reports and controlled an operating budget of several million dollars with divisional P&L responsibility generating 80% the company's annual revenue as Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Customer Services. Earlier at VTLS, I had P&L accountability as the Managing Director of a European subsidiary company.
